DLM: Network performance in the UK

Performance management and development cycles have been implemented successful by Revalento in the UK at the start of a national program that focuses on early school leavers. Over 30 different provider institutes, career offices as well as local government have been trained and coached in creating a common vision and setting up criteria for success as well as work process to help these youngsters more effectively. Similar projects are run in the UK regarding Asylum and Refugee Organisations and the Probation Services. The model and approach go by the name of DLM (Distance to the Labour Market). Together with Saxion University Revalento offers support in the implementation and usage of this approach.
