Lecture on Learning organisations for Spanish trainees

In November last year Revalento has finalised its contributions to the Spanish project Innovation Management Agent. In this project in Spain high educated but unemployed women have been trained to become innovation agents for small and medium sized businesses. For their training course Revalento has developed the training module “Learning Organisations”. As part of the introduction of this module Roger Van de Winkel has delivered a lecture on how organisations easily waste the talent of their staff and how this leads to unnecessary costs. A learning organisation can prevent this. Meanwhile half of the women have found a job.
